Dwight Nichols began his singing career in the mid 1970's after studying theater and drama at NC School of the Arts and performing in various NC bands including Cannonball and several other groups.
Dwight is one of the founding members of The Kays , having joined Tony Pace in 1978 to pursue the course of The Kays of today. Dwight also wrote the hit single, "The Do Wop Song" from The Kays CD, "Another Day, Another Dollar".
