Antron Rearden
Antron is from Columbia S.C. and started playing Saxophone back in 1985. (inspired by the Sanford and Son Theme song)
He attended Brevard College were he was named most outstanding Freshmen music major and was also in Who's Who among American Junior Colleges.
He later attended Winthrop University and studied Saxophone Flute and Clarinet.
After graduating from Winthrop Antron went on the road with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.
After the Dorsey band he continued to play in local bands Around Charlotte. Freakapotamus, Cookie, Sumuhdat just to name a few.
He has also shared the stage with The Four Tops, The Temptations, and The Ojays and brings a great deal of talent and personality to the Kays.
